Depart Marrakech and cross the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, then continue through Ouarzazate and the Valley of Roses.
Arrive in Boumalne Dades for dinner and overnight in a traditional riad or hotel.Driving distance: ~330 km

After breakfast, explore the Dades Valley and continue to the impressive Todgha Gorge. Pass through palm-filled oases and fossil towns such as Erfoud before reaching Merzouga.
