5 Days Desert Tour From Marrakech To Fes

  • Depart Marrakech and cross the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, then continue through Ouarzazate and the Valley of Roses.
    Arrive in Boumalne Dades for dinner and overnight in a traditional riad or hotel.

    Driving time: ~6–7 hours

  • After breakfast, explore the Dades Valley and continue to the impressive Todgha Gorge. Pass through palm-filled oases and fossil towns such as Erfoud before reaching Merzouga.
    Enjoy a camel trek at sunset across the dunes of Erg Chebbi and spend the night in a Sahara desert camp with dinner and Berber music.

  • Wake early for a stunning sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, enjoy a 4x4 desert tour, visiting nomadic families, desert oases, and Khamlia village for Gnawa music.
